A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SlJBDIVISICN YUl~P OF
TRACT NO. 38685
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sfu~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 38685 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Jack and Rose Lewis, be~ng a subdivis~on
for condominium purposes of Lot H, Block 38, Amended Map of the
Town of Santa Monica, as shown on Map recorded in Book 39, Pages
45 thru 51, inclusive of Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the city Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map th~s order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3~ That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
