A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING-A~D APP~OVING SUBDIVISION
J1AP OF TRACT-NO. 3~B62,-AND DIRECTING ISSUANCE
OF CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION PER~IT ON CONDITIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Map of Tract No. 34862 in the City of Santa
Monica presented by John M. Flowers, Jr., being a subd1vision for
condominium purposes of Lot Wand a portion of Lot X, Block 92,
amended map of the Town of Santa Mon1ca, as shown on map recorded
in Book 39, Pages 45 through 51 inclusive of M1scellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. The Build1ng Officer is directed to 1ssue a condo-
miniu~ converS1on permit for the proJect described by this map,
pursuant to the provisions of Resolut10n 5572 (eCS), to be effec-
t1ve upon full satisfactlon of the conditions precedent stated in
Sectlon 2 thereof.
SECTION 3. The Adoption of this resolution does not relieve
the subdivider from compliance with all Federal, State, and local
laws applicable to the project.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk hereby is authorized and directed to
endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenticated by the
Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptipn of
this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
