A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION
MAP OF TRACT NO. 36052, AND DIRECTING ISSUANCE
OF CONDOMINIU4 CONVE~SI0N PERMIT ON CONDITIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAl\lTA HONICA D0F.S RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Map of Tract No. 36052 in the City of Santa
Monica presented byYonq J. K~m and Heeock Kim, belng a subdivision. for
condomlnium purposes of Lot 20, Tract No. 8437, as shown on Hap
recorded in Book 95, Page 17 of Maps, ~ecords of Los ~ngeles County,
18 accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. ~he Buildlng Officer is directed to lssue a condo-
rnlnium converSl0n permit for the proJect describea by thlS map,
pursuant to the provis1ons of ~esolution 5572 (CCS), to be effective
upon full satisfactlon of the condltions precedent stated in Bectlon 2
thereof.
SECTION 3. The adoption of this resolution does not relieve
the subdivider from compliance wlth all Federal, State, and local
laws appl1cable to the proJect.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk hereby is authorized and directed
to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authenticated by the
Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
