THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 38726
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That the Map of Tract No. 38726 1n the CLty of

Santa Monlca presented by J. Ross Urquhart and Dav2d E. Houtz of
Brentwood Properties, Inc., be1ng a subd1vls1on for condoID1n1Uffi
purposes of Lot F, Block 41 of the Amended Map of The Town of
Santa Mon1ca, as shown on Map recorded in Book 39 Pages 45 to
51, 1nc1uslve, of M1sce11aneous Records, in the Off1ce of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
15 accepted and approved.
