THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 38366 in the Clty of
Santa Monlca presented by Wllllam Cook; S.J. Dudzlnsky; Dlana Esther,
Harold, and Beatrlce Foster of Century West Development Inc.,
partners In CWD Centinela Associates, belng a subd1v1S1on for
condomin1um purposes of Lot 275, Tract No. 1980, as shown on Map
recorded In Book 21, Page 152 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby lS authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald Map thlS order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thlS resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
