&~D APPROVING SD~DIVISION y~? OF
TRACT NO. 34997
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sk~TA MONICA DOES RESOL~~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34997 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by the Redevelopment Agency of the Clty
of Santa Monica, Santa Monica Place Associates and carter, Hawley,
Hale Stores, Inc., belng a subd~vislon to permit division of
Blocks 196 and 197, inc1udlng vacatlon of Third Street, Second
and Third Courts from Broadway to Colorado, as shown on Amended
Map of Town of Santa Monica, Miscellaneous Records Book 39, Pages
45 through 51, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tlon of thls resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
