AS FOLLONS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 27007 in the C1ty of
Santa Mon1ca presented by Bruce M. Smiley, partner, Pacifica
Terrace, Ltd., being a subdivision for condominium purposes of
Lots A and B, Block 50, amended map of the Town of Santa Monica
as shown in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 1nclus1ve of Miscellaneous
Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map this order authen-
t1cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SHCTICN 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th1S resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
