A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COffi~CIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ESTABLISHIHG FEES FOR CERTAIN
SERVICES OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
4727 (CCS)
'I'HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA aONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLO~vS:
SECTION 1. The fo11owlng fees for Police Department
serVlces shall apply to all persons, organizatlons, and
agencies other than City or County departments or agencies:
Traffic accident and other reports, $5.00 per report,
plus .50 for each page over four (4) pages.
Photographs,
Enlargements (Black and White)
All sizes $10.00 each.
Proof Sheet (Black and Nhlte)
All Slzes $10.00 each.
Clearance letters, $5.00 each.
F~ngerpr~nts, $3.00 (resldents); $5.00 (non-residents).
The above fees include sales tax.
The above fees for photocop~es of accidents and other
reports shall apply whether the photocop~es are Qade by City
personnel or by the person requestlng the copy.
SECTION 2. Resolution No. 4727 (CCS) and Section 1 of
Resolutlon No. 2812 (CCS) are hereby rescinded.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
