A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34630
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34630 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Billy Reist, being a subdivis~on for
condominium purposes of Lot 9, Block 20, Serra vista Heights, as
shown on Map recorded ~n Book 8, Page 38, of Maps, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map th1S order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
