A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35255
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAL~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35255 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Sharnbhu Lal Kayastha, being a subdivis10n
for condominium purposes of Lots J and K, Block 19, amended Map
of the Town of Santa 1'1onica, as shown on Map recorded in Book 39.
Pages 45 through 51 lncluslve of Miscellaneous Records, Records
of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
