A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35277
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35277 in the C~ty of
Santa Mon1ca presented by Ernest and Lisa D. Auerbach and Richard
K. Boas, being a subd1vis1on for condominium purposes of Lots E
and F, Block 111, amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica, as
shown on Map recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 inclusive of
Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the
same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 15 author~zed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
