AND APPROVING SL~DIVISION y~p OF
TRACT NO. 35284
TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONIC~ DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Map of Tract No. 35284 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Ha~dar and Maryam Tadayon, being a
subdivision for condomln~um purposes of Lots 1 and 2, Block 3,
Tract No. 1352, as shown on Map recorded ~n Book 20, Page 12,
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map th1s order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tlon of th1s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be 1n full force and effect.
