A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
APPROVING A WAGE INCREASE FOR
SWORN POLICE PERSONNEL, EFFECTIVE
JULY 1, 1979.
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 (a) That the wage for the meMbers of the
sworn pol~ce personnel of the C~ty of Santa Monica will be
fixed at five and three-quarters percent (5 3/4%) above their
present salaries.
(b) That this wage increase will be effective
as of July 1, 1979.
SECTION 2. That the c~ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
