RESOLUTION NO. 5347 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
PARCEL NO. 11245
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 11245 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by the Barclay Curci Investment Company,
being a subdivls10n for division of land for purpose of lease or
f1nancing only, being a subdivision of Lot 11, Tract No. 33022 as
shown on Map recorded in Book 893, Pages 38 through 41 inclusive
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th1s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
