A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~P OF
TRACT NO. 33847
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MO~iICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 33847 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Samuel and Pamela Goldstein, being a
subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot H, Block 36, amended
Map of the Town of Santa Monica, as shown ~n Book 39, Pages 45
through 51 of Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
