A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34966
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MOllICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34966 in the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Ming-Tar Ho and Shsu-Yin Cheng Ho,
being a subdivis~on for condominium purposes of Lot P, Block 141,
amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica as shown on Map recorded
in Book 39, pages 45 to 51 inclusive of Miscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
