A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~.AP OF
TRACT NO. 35120
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\tE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35120 in the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Emery C. Wong of Wilshire 760E Company,
being a subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot 10, Block 16,
Tract No. 1351, as shown on Map recorded in Book 18, Page 116,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
