A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35622
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MO~fICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35622 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Robert J. Sacker and Anthony R. Brackett,
being a subdiv~sion for condomin~um purposes of Lot 4, Block 27,
Erkenbrecher Syndicate, Santa Monica Tract, as shown on Map recorded
1n Book 6, Pages 26 and 27 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the c~ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
