AND APPROVI~G Su~DIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO.35202
TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONIC~ DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35202 in the City
of Santa Monica presented by Henry J. and Dana Pascoe, be~ng a
subdivision for condomlnium purposes of Lot I, Block 20 of the
amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica as shown on Map recorded
in Book 39, Page 45 et seq. of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby ~s authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt-
tlon of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
