A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35242
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the ~ap of Tract No. 35242 ~n the City of
Santa Monica presented by Edward A. Godfrey, being a subdivision
for condomin~um purposes of Lot M, Block 15, amended Map of the
Town of Santa Monica as shown on Map recorded in Book 39, pages
45 to 51 inclusive of Mlsce11aneous Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
