A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35530
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35530 In the City of
Santa Monica presented by Jacob Fruchter, Bel Aml Homes, being
a subdivis1onfor condomlnlUffi purposes of Lot C, Block 40, Amended
Map of the Town of Santa Monica as shown on Map recorded in Book 39,
Pages 45 to 51 1nclusive of Mlscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby 15 accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby 1S authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of th15 resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
