A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35639
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 2. That the Map of Tract No. 35639 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by James A. Barton and C. E. Telander,
being a subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot 74, Block B,
The palisades Tract, as shown on map recorded in Book 7, Page 154,
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is
accepted ahd approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby ~s author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map this or0er authen-
ticated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
