A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
}U~D APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36234
THE CITY COUNCIl. OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36234 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Parviz Azad-Tatari of Kaspiana Ltd.,
being a subdivis10n for condominium purposes of Lots K and L,
Block 15, Amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica, as shown on
Map recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 inclusive of Miscellaneous
Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa1d Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa t1onica.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thlS resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
