RESOLUTION NO. 5365(CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36253
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36253 in the C~ty of
Santa Monlca presented by George A. Fraley III ana WilliaM M.
BulllS, belng a subdivision for condomin~um purposes of Lots I
and J, Block 84, amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica, as
shown on ~~p recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 inclusive of
Miscellaneous Records, Records of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Honica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
