A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36267
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MOt-lICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36267 in the City of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Sidney Diamond and Bruce J. Schultz,
being a subd~vision for condo~inium purposes of Lot G, Block 12,
of the Amended Map of the Town of Santa Mon~ca, as shown on Map
recorded in Book 39, Page 45 et seq., of Miscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby ~s authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
