A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COL~CIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36298
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36298 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Sidney Diamond and Bruce J. Schultz,
be~ng a subdivision for condominiu~ purposes of Lot D, Block 12,
Amendec ~~p of the Town of Santa Monica, as shown on Map recorded
in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 inclusive of Miscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the sa~e hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2.
That the City Clerk hereby ~s authorized and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
