RESOLUTION NO. 5368(CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
CLARIFYING RESOLUTION NOS. 5345
AND 5346.
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. (a) That pursuant to Resolution 5346 the
wage for the members of the SMPOA will be fixed at four percent
(4%) above their June 30, 1979, salary level.
(b) That this wage increase will be effective
as of July 22, 1979.
SECTION 2. (a) That Resolution Number 5345 (City Council
Series) approving a prior wage increase was effective as of
July 1, 1979, and continued in effect up to and including
July 21, 1979.
(b) That Resolution Number 5345 is of no
effect whatsoever, after July 21, 1979.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
