A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
PARCEL NO. 11830
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\'E
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 11830 ~n the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by William A. and Rose Marie Layman, being
a subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot 20, Block I, Villa
Tract, as shown on Map recorded in Book 6, Page 165 of Maps,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTlON 2. That the City Clerk hereby ~s authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica,
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
