THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ZVl.AP OF
TRACT NO. 35936
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35936 in the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Bernard T. and Marie A. Reichelr
being a subd2vision for condo~iniUM purposes of Lot 2, Block A,
Tract rIo. 2743, as shown on Map recorded in Book 28, Page 7 of
Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 25
accepted and approved.
SECTIon 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said r~p this order authen-
t~cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the saMe shall
be in full force and effect.
