A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35937
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SlhVTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the t1ap of Tract no. 35937 ln the Cl. ty of
Santa Monica presented by Allen Nug~er, be~ng a subdiv~sion for
condominlum purposes of Lot 2, Block 12, Tract No. 1351, as shown
on Map recorded ln Book 18, Page 116, of naps, Records of Los
Angeles County, California, be and the s~e hereby is accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said nap this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolutlon and thenceofrth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
