AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~AP OF

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLv~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36094 1n the City of
Santa Monica presented by N4 RahManizad and Joseph Rahman1zad,
be~ng a subd1v1sion for condomin1un purposes of Lot 15, Block l2,
Serra Vista Heights, as shown on Map recorded in Book 8, Page 38
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the saMe hereby
is accepted and approved.
SECTImJ 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S author1zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa1d Map this order authen-
t1cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
