AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION ~~? OF
TRACT NO. 34893
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sfu~TA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34893 in the City of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Lric G. Forster, partner, 1343 Harvard
Street, Ltd., being a subd1vis1on for condominium purposes of
Lots 4 and 5, Tract No. 6498 as shown on Map recorded ln Book 71,
Page 96 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby 1S authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map th1S order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tlon of thlS recolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
