THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~.AP OF
TRACT NO. 36472
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAi~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
S~CTIO:l 1. ~hat the Hap of Tract ~TO. 36472 in t~e C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by La~lrence ~. Goddard, being a subdivis~on
for condom~nium purposes of Lot V, Block 35 of the Amended Map
of the Town of Santa Honica, as shown in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51
lnclusive of Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby is accepted a~d approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby ~s author~zed and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of said Map th~s order authent~-
cated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa rmnica.
SECTION 3. T~at the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the saMe shall
be In full force and effect.
