A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36445
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36445 in the City of
Santa Mon1ca presented by AZ1zu1lah and Monavar Sadeghpour, be1ng
a subdiv1sion for condominium purposes of Lot J, Block 12, amended
map of the Town of Santa Monica, as shown on map recorded 1n Book 39,
Pages 45 to 51 1ncluslve, of M1sce1laneous Records, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order aut~enti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa rl!onica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of this resolut~on and thenceofrth and thereafter the same s~a1l
be 1n full force and effect.
