AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 358 79
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35879 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Edmund Kanan, being a subdivision for
condomlnium purposes of Lot P, Block 14, amended Map of the Town
of Santa Monica as shown on map recorded ln Book 39, Pages 45 to
51 lncluslve, of t1iscel1aneous Records, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby lS authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald ~ap thlS order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
