RESOLUTION NO. 5397 (cCS)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A MASTER LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows;
Section 1. That the Master Lease Agreement, in
substant1ally the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, by
and between the C1ty of Santa Mon1ca (the "City") and the
Park1ng Author1ty of the C1ty of Santa Monica (the "Autho-
rl.ty"), to be dated as of .......~~ /I ' 1979, coverl.ng
the lease of certain a1rspace above the Author1ty's eX1st-
1ng parkl.ng fac11l.ty (as more fully descr1.bed 1.n sa1.d
Master Lease Agreement) by the C1.ty from the Author1ty is
approved 1n substanf1ally the form as presented and the
Mayor is author~zed and d1rected to execute the same on
behalf of the City.
Sect10n 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the
adopt1on of th~s resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
