A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TqE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING ~8E
EXECUTION OF A SUBLEASE AGREEMENT WITH
TELEKLEW PRODUCTIO~S, INC.

WHEREAS, by Resolut~on No. 5397 adopted on
Seutember II . 1979, the C~ty Counc~l authOrJ_zed and
directed the execution of a certa~n Master Lease Agreement
between the City of Santa MOD1ca (the "C1ty") and the
Park~ng Authority of the City of Santa Mon~ca (the
"Author1ty") provid~ng for the lease to the C1ty of certa1n
airspace above the Author~ty's ex~st~ng park~ng fac11~ty
(as ~ore fully described in sa1d Master Lease Agreement);
and
WHEREAS, the City des1res to sublease the a1rspace
covered by said Master Lease Agreement to Teleklew Product1ons,
Inc., a Ca11fornia corporation ("Teleklew"); and
WHEREAS, by Resolutio:l No. I~ adopt.ed by the
Author 1. ty on September 11
1979, the Author1ty consented
to sal.d sublease to Teleklew.
NOW, THERErORE, the C1ty Counc!.l of the C1.ty of
Santa Hon1.ca DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETER~1INE AND ORDER as
follows:

Sect10n 1.
That certa~n agreement entitled
"Agreement for Sublease" by and between the City and
Teleklew dated as of September 11
, 1979, is approved
~n substant~ally the form as presented and the Mayor ~s
authorlzed and directed to execute the same on behalf of
the CJ.ty.
Section 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the
adopt1on of this resolut1on, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
