THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA DOES RESOL~~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel Ro. 11231 in the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by ~mxwel1 M. Blecher, Deewel Development,
Inc., being a subdiv~sion for condom~n~um purposes of Lot 15,
Block 3, Chelsea Green, as snown on Map recorded in Book 12, on
Page 145 of Mapsl Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTIO~ 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby ~s author~zed and
d~rectec to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map this order authen-
t~cated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa r'on~ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of th~s resolution and thencefort~ and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
