A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
PARCEL NO. 11232
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL~~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 11232 ~n the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Maxwell M. Blecher, Deemel Development
Inc., being a subdiv~s~on for condomin~um purposes of Lot 24,
Block 3, Chelsea Green, as shown on I~p recorded in Book 12, Page
145, of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
is accepted and approved.
SECTIO~ 2. That the City Clerk hereby is author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa ~onica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk s~a11 certify to the adopt~on
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
