A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36415
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36415 1n the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Ernal Cantalupo, beLng a subdivision for
condominium purposes of Lot 4 and a portion of Lot 2, Serra Vista
Annex, as shown on Map recorded Ln Book 7, Page 181, of Maps,
Records of Los Angeles county, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 15 author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECITON 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this resolution ane thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be ~n full force and effect.
