A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36444
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA..."\l"TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36444 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Dan A. Emmett of Canon InvestMent Company,
belng a subdlv1slon for condoroinlum purposes of Lot F, Block 90,
amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica, as shown on Map recorded
in Book 39, Page 45 et seq., of Miscellaneous Records, Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S author1zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the saMe shall
be 1n full force and effect.
