A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36481
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOU 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36481 1n the City of
Santa Monica presented by Donald M. and Virginia Clancy, being a
subd1V1s~on for condominium purposes of Lot 10, Block 2, Green
Acres Tract, as shown on Map recorded ~n Book 9, Page 126 of Maps,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby ~s accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sa~d r1ap t~~s order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert~fy to the adopt1on
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the safle shall
be in full force and effect.
