A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA ADOPTING AND APPROVING SPECIAL
PROVISIONS NO. 905, MAP NO. 5317A, AND DRAWING
NO. 5317.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain document entitled "Special Provisions
No. 905, that certain Map entitled "Assessment District t1ap No. 5317A," and
that certain drawing entitled "Drawing No. 5317," for the construction of a
street lighting system in the area bounded by lincoln Boulevard, Southeasterly
City Limits, Highland Avenue. and Marine Place North, in the City of Santa
Monica, under the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911 on file ;n the offlce
of the Clty Engineer and in the office of the City Clerk of sald City hereby
are approved and adopted.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be ;n full force
and effect.
