A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36842
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAL'1TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the ~ap of Tract No. 36842 in the City of
Santa Mon1ca presented by Michael L. Keele Enterprlses, Inc., belng
a subdlvision for condomin1um purposes of Lot 371, Towner Terrace,
as shown on Map recorded in Book 8, Page 25, of Maps, Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 25 accepted and approved.
SECTIOK 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the sane shall
be ~n full force and effect.
