A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
Aa.~D APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36841
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONIc..~ DOES RESOLVE
'_. AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36841 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Michael L. Keele Enterprises, IncT, being
a subdivision for condominium purposes of'Lot 368, Towner Terrace,
as shown on Map recorded in Book 8, Page 25, of Maps, Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map t~is order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
