A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~!AP OF
TRACT NO. 36698
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOV,lE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract Ro. 36698 1n the Clty of
Santa Mon1ca presented by Ian Klppen et aI., belng a subdlvislon
for condomin1um purposes of Lot 11, Paradise Tract, as shown on
Map recorded 1n Book 7, Page 18, of Maps, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTIon 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
