A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ~ONICA ACCEPTIXG
AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36454
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTrl MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36454 1n the City of
Santa Monica presented by James S. and Elsie Taye Muramatsu, be1ng
a subd1vision for condominium purposes of Lot 19, Clem Mar He~ghts,
as shown on Map recorded in Book 10, Page 89 of Maps, Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby ~s authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
t~cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert~fy to the adopt1on
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
