A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35550
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA..~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35550 in the City of
Santa Monlca presented by Robert D. Held of Tradewlnds Condominiums,
Inc., being a subdivision for condominium purposes of a Port~on of
Lot 13, Block 8, Green Acres, as shown on Map recorded in Book 9,
Page 126, of ~aps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTIO~ 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the sa~e shall
be 1n full force and effect.
