A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION l>'f..AP OF
TRACT NO. 35225
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35225 in the C1ty of
Santa Monica presented by Raymond W. and Alice O. Carr~ere, being
a subdiv1sion for condominium purposes of Lot D, Block 43, Amended
Hap of the Town of Santa Honlca, as shown on Map recorded in
Book 39, Pages 45 to 51, incluslve, of Miscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the city of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert~fy to the adoption
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
