A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF Sk~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION loIJAP OF
PARCEL NO. 11919
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIon 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 11919 in the Clty of
Santa Mon~ea presented by Morley Allan Hurwit and !laney G. Cattell,
be1ng a subdLvision for eondomin1um purposes of a Port1on of Lot 7
Block 32, East Santa Mon1ca, as shown on Map recorded 1n Book 17,
Pages 95 to 98 inclusive of H1scellaneous Records, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk here~y is authorizec and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order aut~ent1-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa 1'1onlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of this resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the saITe shall
be In full force and effect.
